My Favorite Acai Bowl Recipes

Why I Love Acai Bowls

Acai bowls are one of my favorite things in the entire world. This health craze not only creates the perfect Instagram photo, but is also a great way to receive healthy vitamins and nutrients. This beneficial superfood comes from the Amazonian Rainforest in Brazil and provides needed antioxidants, healthy fats and amino acids our bodies thrive on. By adding other superfoods such as Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, Maca powder, Cocoa nibs, Goji beers or Coconut, you can create the perfect meal with vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and probiotics all in a beautiful bowl. Making an Acai bowl is simple and quick. But make sure you are using the right ingredients so you don’t consume refined sugar and unhealthy fats. Here are my favorite recipes that fills me up and gives me energy throughout the day:

I am currently in Italy and hope to find somewhere that serves my favorite treat because I miss it sooo much. All my friends at home will tell you I maybe eat this WAY too much. But I am just obsessed, I can’t help it. Anyways, I hope you enjoy and if you have any other Acai recipes, share below! I would love to try them 🙂
