Exploring Phoenix Arizona

There is nothing like a spring-break getaway after experiencing a polar vortex in the city. With an upcoming business trip in Arizona, David and I decided to take a couple extra days to explore, relax and warm up! Our original plans included sightseeing and hiking the Grand Canyon and Sedona, but due to colder weather, rain and snow, we decided to remain south in Phoenix. We had three full days of hiking, sunshine and good food. I loved it because I was able to sport all my favorite Outdoor Voices pieces. Day 1 We started our morning early, stopping at one of our favorite breakfast spots: Snooze. It’s…

How to Start Cycle Syncing

If you have followed me on social media for the past year, you may have learned a new phrase: Cycle Syncing. Although, Cycle Syncing has been around for thousands of years – it is the most natural form of birth control and regulating hormonal issues. But if you pack it with high glycemic fruits (cherries, bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, kiwis, pineapple, watermelon and dates) and a handful of spinach, to only top it off with some dairy-milk, you are only spiking your blood sugar levels. Starting…

We’re Engaged!

On November 7, 2017, I became the most luckiest girl in the world. David and I had plans to see Hamilton downtown that night. When I arrived to the apartment he was dripping in sweat, when I asked him what was wrong he casually said it was “too warm” in the apartment. I still had no clue as we headed to dinner and talked about how excited we were for the show. You see, the first time David and I said “I Love You” to one another was after attending The Book of Mormon in New York City, so Broadway musicals were kind of our thing. When the…
